Warm-up: 7:00 AM
Please join us for the 38th Annual Cary City Invitational Swim Meet. This years meet will be held on July 13, 2019 and will be open to all Riptides and is a minimal per-event cost. It is a day long meet, with younger kids swimming in the morning and older in the afternoon. Regency will have its own tent area and would like to have a big team presence. Coaches will provide a theme and more informaiton as it gets closer. |

Cary City Pasta Pump Up Party is designed for swimmers, families & coaches to gather for dinner the night before the Cary City Meet. It's like a family reunion where everyone brings a dish to share and we will eat as a family. There will be a sign up for food and paper products. After we decide on a team theme, there may be an activity provided to promote our theme at the meet - be it team shirts, tent decorations, team banners, or team goody bags. |

We will be offering an hour long clinic on kicks (younger group) and an hour long session on turns and underwaters (older groups). Traditional saturday practice times may need to be adjusted slightly to accommodate the additional 30 minutes of lesson. We will bring in additional coaching staff to help with this clinic! |
