Remind Group for Practice updates

Updates to practices will be made through the Regency Riptides 2026 Remind group: Regency Riptides 2026 group. This is the same Remind group as last season so if you signed up last year you do not have to rejoin the group.

Practices

Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week at the Cambridge pool at the normal times (weather permitting).

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

• Ages 6 & Under          5:00-5:45 PM
• Ages 7/8                     5:45-6:30 PM
• Ages 9/10                   6:30-7:30 PM
• Ages 11 & Up             7:30-8:30 PM

Home swim meet against Life Time Cary – June 23, 2026

The first home meet of the season is against Life Time Cary the at the Cambridge pool on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 6 pm. More details about the meet will be sent in a separate communication.

Meet timeline

• 4:45 pm – swimmers on deck/check in
• 5:00 pm – warm-up begins
• 5:45 pm – meeting for volunteer officials (timers and judges)
• 6:00 pm – meet begins

We are still in need of the following volunteers:

• Announcer
• 2 - Concessions Assistants
• Girls 7/8 Kid Pusher
• 2 - Meet Clean Up Team Members
• Place Judge/Order of Finish Judge

Home swim meet against Silverton – June 30, 2026

The second home meet of the season is against the Silverton Sharks at the Cambridge pool on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 6 pm.

Meet sign up will be open from Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 6 pm until Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 6 pm by accessing the following link: https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/swim_meets. No entries will be accepted after sign up closes. During sign up, let us know if your swimmer(s) will be attending the meet or not attending the meet. You also sign your swimmer(s) for what events they will participate in. Instructions on swimmer signups for meets can be found at: Meet Signup Instructions.
