Changes were only made to the following age groups:

• 11/12 Girls - swim ups to 13/14 relays
• 15/18 Women - individual events and relays

Swimmer Numbers

Please write swimmer numbers in Sharpie on both upper arms of each swimmer. This helps us identify the correct swimmers for each heat and lane. The list of swimmer numbers is attached to this email and is located at: 2026 Regency Riptides Swimmer Numbers
