The first official meet of the season is an away meet against the Brookstone Barracudas (6651 Lewey Drive Cary, NC 27519) on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. If your swimmer has their team shirt, please have them wear it to the meet. Heat sheets will be sent out when they are available. They will also be available in the Swimtopia mobile app.

Timeline

• 5:15 pm – swimmers on deck/check in
• 5:30 pm – warm-up begins
• 5:45 pm – meeting for volunteer officials (timers and judges)
• 6:00 pm – meet begins

If your swimmer is in a Medley relay, they must be checked in by 5:45 pm or they will be scratched from the relay.

Absences/Late Arrivals

If you are running late to the meet or if your swimmer will not be able to swim, please text Angie Urbanc (919-656-3330) and Brayden Devine (919-389-8082) as soon as possible.

Volunteers

Anna Kambour will send a separate email directly to volunteers with their assignments.  Volunteers should be checked in by 5:30 pm.

Parking

The parking lot will be open for Regency Riptides. Please avoid parking in the grassy area to the east of the lot. If you need to park on the street, use the pool side of Lewey Drive or the west side of nearby streets (Milley Brook and Fryar Creek).

Setup

Regency will set up under the two permanent canopies on the east side of the pool (on the right when you come in). Please bring chairs to sit in.

Concessions

Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, pizza, snacks, chips, and cold drinks will be available for purchase. Cash and Venmo are accepted.
