Event Sign up

Please let us know if your swimmer is not attending the meet.

If your swimmer is attending the meet, you will sign them up for what events they will participate in.Instructions on swimmer signup for meets can be found at: Meet Signup Instructions

If there is a possibility that your swimmer wants to swim a particular stroke, please sign them up to swim. For an actual meet, it is much easier to scratch a swimmer from an event than to add a swimmer to an event.

The full list and order of events is located at: Swim Meet 101

Relays

There will be relays at all swim meets this season. Relays are a fun way for the swimmers to participate as a team. The relay team is scratched if all four swimmers are not available at the start of the relay.

Please select the appropriate response for each swimmer.  The potential options are:

  • Available for all relays
  • Arriving late, not available for early relays
  • Leaving early, not available for late relays
  • Not available for any relays

The medley relays are the first events of the meet, starting at 6 pm. If you do not think you can be at the meet by 5:45 PM or your swimmer does not want to participate in the medley relays, please note “Arriving late, not available for early relays.”

The freestyle relays are the last events of the meet, sometimes as late as 9 pm. If you do not want your swimmer to participate in the freestyle relays, please note “Leaving early, not available for late relays.”

Relay Swim-ups

When there are not enough swimmers of an age group to form a relay, younger swimmers will ‘swim up’ with an older age group to form the relay team. If you do not want your swimmer to swim up, check the box next to “Please do not enter in relays for older age-groups”

Please let me know if you have any questions.
