Timeline

• 4:45 pm – swimmers on deck
• 5:00 pm – warm-up begins
• 5:15 pm – pizza is served
• 5:45 pm – team picture
• 6:00 pm – meet begins

Swimmer Numbers

Please write swimmer numbers in Sharpie on both upper arms of each swimmer. This helps us identify the correct swimmers for each heat and lane. The list of swimmer numbers is attached to this email and is located at: 2026 Regency Riptides Swimmer Numbers

Volunteer Roles

Anna Kambour will send a separate email directly to volunteers with their assignments.

Concessions

Pizza, bottled water, and a treat will be provided for the swimmers. Bottled water will be provided to volunteers. There will be no additional items available for purchase at Time Trials.

Heat Sheets/Event Order

Heat sheets are available at: Regency Riptides Time Trials - June 2, 2026 - Preliminary Heat Sheet and are attached to this email. They will also be available in the Swimtopia mobile app.
