Practices will be held Monday and Wednesday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting).

Monday and Wednesday

• Ages 6 & Under  5:00-5:45 PM
• Ages 7/8              5:45-6:30 PM
• Ages 9/10            6:30-7:30 PM
• Ages 11 & Up      7:30-8:30 PM

Away swim meet at Wellsley Wave – July 15, 2025

The last away meet of the season is against the Wellsley Wave (101 Widdington Lane Cary, NC 27519) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.  Check in is 5:15 pm, warm ups begin at 5:30 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm.  More details about the meet will be sent in a separate communication.

Regency Riptides 2025 end of season banquet – July 17, 2025

The Regency Riptides end of season banquet will be held rain or shine on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Cambridge pool. We will celebrate the swim season with food, games, and team awards.

Regency Kids Triathlon – September 7, 2025

The 11th Annual Regency Kids Triathlon will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 9:30am at the Danbury Pool.  Participants swim, bike, and run in the Danbury and Kensington neighborhoods.  Registration fee is $30.More information on the triathlon can be found at: https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/kidstri.   Please contact Mike O’Leary ([email protected]) with any questions.

Regency Gives Back Program

Jackson Szymborski, a men 15-18 Regency Riptides swimmer, developed a program called Regency Gives Back.  The program collects school supplies for students and teachers at Penny Road Elementary School and Dillard Drive Magnet Middle School from now until August 16, 2025.
