Practices
Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting).

- Ages 6 & Under 5:00-5:45 PM
- Ages 7/8 5:45-6:30 PM
- Ages 9/10 6:30-7:30 PM
- Ages 11 & Up 7:30-8:30 PM

Home swim meet against Clubworx Sharks – July 8, 2025
The last home meet of the season is against the Clubworx Sharks on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at the Cambridge pool. Check in is 4:45 pm, warm ups begin at 5:00 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm. More details about the meet will be sent in a separate communication.
We are still in need of the following volunteers:
- One clerk of course
- Two concessions assistants
- One concessions manager
- One 7-8 girls kid pusher

Cary City Swim Meet – July 12, 2025
The 42nd Cary City Invitational Swim Meet will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the Cary Swim Club (808 Tanglewood Dr, Cary, NC 27511). More information about the Cary City swim meet can be found at the following link: https://caryswimclub.org/cary-city-swim-meet-2-64/

Away swim meet at Wellsley Wave – July 1, 2025
The last away meet of the season is against the Wellsley Wave (101 Widdington Lane Cary, NC 27519) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.
Meet sign up will be open from Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 5 pm until Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 5 pm by accessing the following link: https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/swim_meets. No entries will be accepted after sign up closes. During sign up, let us know if your swimmer(s) will be attending the meet or not attending the meet. Regency Riptides 2025 end of season banquet – July 17, 2025
The Regency Riptides end of season banquet will be held rain or shine on Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Cambridge pool. We will celebrate the swim season with food, games, and team awards.

- RSVP - Please let us know how many people are attending. This is not the food signup but is used to help us plan the games and other activities. If you know that you will not be attending the banquet, please mark that in the RSVP.
- Food pre-order for banquet - Burrito
Shak will be providing a taco bar which will include: taco shells, ground beef,
chicken, rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, green peppers, various salsas,
guacamole, sour cream, and chips.
- All registered swimmers receive a meal, drink, and a treat for no charge.
- Additional meals are available for purchase for $13 each.
- Food must be pre-ordered by 6 pm Saturday, July 12, 2025. The food pre-order is available at: 2025 banquet food pre-order
- Job Signup - Volunteers are needed to help with set up, food serving, and games.

Regency Kids Triathlon – September 7, 2025
The 11th Annual Regency Kids Triathlon will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 9:30am at the Danbury Pool. Participants swim, bike, and run in the Danbury and Kensington neighborhoods. Regency Gives Back Program
Jackson Szymborski, a men 15-18 Regency Riptides swimmer, developed a program called Regency Gives Back.The program collects school supplies for students and teachers at Penny Road Elementary School and Dillard Drive Magnet Middle School from now until August 16, 2025.
