Practices
Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting).

- Ages 6 & Under 5:00-5:45 PM
- Ages 7/8 5:45-6:30 PM
- Ages 9/10 6:30-7:30 PM
- Ages 11 & Up 7:30-8:30 PM

Away swim meet at Silverton Sharks – July 1, 2025
The second away meet of the season is against the Silverton Sharks (1401 Evans Rd, Cary, NC 27513) on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Check in is 5:15 pm, warm ups begin at 5:30 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm. More details about the meet will be sent in a separate communication.

Home swim meet against Clubworx Sharks – July 8, 2025
The last home meet of the season is against the Clubworx Sharks on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 6 pm at the Cambridge pool.
Meet sign up will be open from Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at 5 pm until Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 5 pm by accessing the following link:https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/swim_meets. No entries will be accepted after sign up closes. During sign up, let us know if your swimmer(s) will be attending the meet or not attending the meet. Cary City Swim Meet – July 12, 2025
The 42nd Cary City Invitational Swim Meet will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the Cary Swim Club (808 Tanglewood Dr, Cary, NC 27511). More information about the Cary City swim meet can be found at the following link: https://caryswimclub.org/cary-city-swim-meet-2-64/

Regency Gives Back Program
Jackson Szymborski, a men 15-18 Regency Riptides swimmer, developed a program called Regency Gives Back. The program collects school supplies for students and teachers at Penny Road Elementary School and Dillard Drive Magnet Middle School from now until August 16, 2025.
