The second home meet of the season is against the Brookstone Barracudas at the Cambridge pool on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. If your swimmer has their team shirt, please have them wear it to the meet.

• 4:30 pm – pool opens for meet – please do not enter the pool area before 4:30 pm unless you are part of meet set up, volunteer coordinators, or concessions
• 4:45 pm – swimmers on deck/check in
• 5:00 pm – warm-up begins
• 5:45 pm – meeting for volunteer officials (timers and judges)
• 6:00 pm – meet begins
• 8:45 pm - estimated meet end time

If your swimmer is in a medley relay, they must be checked in by 5:45 pm or they will be scratched from the relay.

If you are running late to the meet or if your swimmer will not be able to swim, please text Angie Urbanc (919-656-3330) and Brayden Devine (919-389-8082) as soon as possible.

Swimmer Numbers

Please write swimmer numbers on both arms before arriving at the meet. This will speed up the check in process. Swimmer numbers can be found at the following link: Swimmer numbers

Reminders

Due to the heat, swimmers will be allowed in the shallow and deep end of the pool until 5:45 pm. No swimmers are allowed in the shallow or deep end of the pool while the meet is running. After backstroke there will be a 5-10 minute break in the meet to allow people in the shallow and deep ends of the pool but not in the swimming lanes. Once the meet re-starts, no swimmers are allowed in the shallow or deep end of the pool until the meet ends.
