Timeline

• 4:45 pm – swimmers on deck
• 5:00 pm – warm-up begins
• 5:15 pm – pizza is served
• 5:45 pm – team picture
• 6:00 pm – meet begins
• Estimated end time of the meet is 7:15 to 7:30 pm

Absences/Late Arrivals

If you are running late to the meet or if your swimmer will not be able to swim, please text Angie Urbanc (919-656-3330) and Brayden Devine (919-389-8082) as soon as possible.

Volunteer Roles

Katie Stephenson will send a separate email directly to volunteers with their assignments.

Concessions

Pizza, bottled water, and a treat will be provided for the swimmers.  No concessions will be available for sale.

Heat Sheets/Event Order

Heat sheets are available at: Regency Riptides Time Trials June 3, 2025 Heat Sheet and are attached to this email.  They will also be available in the Swimtopia mobile app.
