Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting)

• Ages 6 & Under 5:00-5:45 PM
• Ages 7/8 5:45-6:30 PM
• Ages 9/10 6:30-7:30 PM
• Ages 11 & Up 7:30-8:30 PM

There will be no practice on Friday or Saturday this week.

End of Season Banquet – July 18, 2024

The order form for the Regency Riptides end of season banquet is open at the following link: End of Season Banquet order form.  Food for the swimmers will be provided but must be pre-ordered.  Meals for anyone other than swimmers are available for purchase but must also be pre-ordered.  

Orders are due by 6 pm Wednesday, July 10, 2024.  Payments are due by 6 pm Thursday, July 11, 2024.

Weatherstone meet – July 9, 2024

The last away meet of the season is against the Weatherstone Sharks (1501 Castalia Dr, Cary, NC 27513) on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 6 pm.  Check in is 5:15 pm, warm ups begin at 5:30 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm.  More details about this meet will be in a separate communication.

Riplets meet – July 10, 2024

The Riplets swim “meet” will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 12 pm at the Cambridge pool.  Please come out to cheer on the Riplets who completed the learn to swim program this summer.

Cary City meet – July 13, 2024

The 41st Cary City Invitational Swim Meet will be held Saturday, July 13th at Scottish Hills Recreational Club (1423 Tarbert Dr, Cary, NC 27511). 13 Regency Riptides swimmers are participating.  More details about this meet will be in a separate communication.

Twelve Oaks meet – July 16, 2024

The last meet of the season is a home meet against the Twelve Oaks Torpedoes on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 6 pm at the Cambridge pool.

Meet sign up is open until Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 5 pm by accessing the following link: Twelve Oaks meet signup  No entries will be accepted after sign up closes.  During sign up, you commit your swimmer(s) for what events they will participate in.  You will also sign up for volunteer positions.  Details about volunteer positions are located at https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/resources
