Practices will be held Monday and Wednesday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting)

Monday and Wednesday

• Ages 6 & Under 5:00-5:45 PM
• Ages 7/8 5:45-6:30 PM
• Ages 9/10 6:30-7:30 PM
• Ages 11 & Up 7:30-8:30 PM

There will be no practice on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday this week.

End of Season Banquet – July 18, 2024

Food for the swimmers will be provided.  Meals for anyone other than swimmers will be available for purchase.  More details will be provided as the date approaches.

If you know that you will not be attending the banquet, please mark that in the RSVP.

Silverton meet – July 2, 2024

The second away meet of the season is against the Silverton Sharks (1401 Evans Rd, Cary, NC 27513) on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 6 pm.  Check in is 5:15 pm, warm ups begin at 5:30 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm.  More details about this meet will be in a separate communication.

Weatherstone meet – July 9, 2024

The last away meet of the season is against the Weatherstone Sharks (1501 Castalia Dr, Cary, NC 27513) on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 6 pm.

Meet sign up is open until Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 5 pm by accessing the following link: https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/562359/swim_meet_entries No entries will be accepted after sign up closes.  During sign up, you commit your swimmer(s) for what events they will participate in.  You will also sign up for volunteer positions.  Details about volunteer positions are located at https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/resources

Cary City meet – July 13, 2024

The 41st Cary City Invitational Swim Meet will be held Saturday, July 13th at Scottish Hills Recreational Club (1423 Tarbert Dr, Cary, NC 27511).  All 50 southern league Tarheel Swimming Association (TSA) teams are invited to participate.  More information about the Cary City swim meet can be found at the following link: https://scottishhills.org/cary-city-meet-27/

Entry fees are $6.00 per individual event and $15.00 per relay event.  Regency Riptides will submit the check for all entry fees.  The team pays entry fees for all relay teams.  Each swimmer will reimburse the team for their individual entry fees.
