Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting)

• Ages 7/8                    5:45-6:30 PM
• Ages 9/10                  6:30-7:30 PM
• Ages 11 & Up           7:30-8:30 PM

Thursday

• Ages 6 & Under         5:00-5:45 PM
• Ages 7 & Up               6:00-8:00 PM – RSA clinic

Friday

• Ages 6 & Under         9:00-9:30 AM
• Ages 7/8                      9:30-10:00 AM
• Ages 9 & Up               10:00-11:00 AM

Saturday

Raleigh Swimming Association (RSA) Clinic – June 27, 2024

Coaches from Raleigh Swimming Association (RSA) will be hosting a swim clinic on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  6 and under swimmers will practice at their normal time.  Swimmers 7 and up can come any time between 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Preston Village meet – June 25, 2024

The second home meet of the season is against Preston Village on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 6 pm at the Cambridge pool.  Check in is 4:45 pm, warm ups begin at 5:00 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm.  More details about this meet will be in a separate communication.

Silverton meet - July 2, 2024

The second away meet of the season is against Silverton Sharks (1401 Evans Rd, Cary, NC 27513) on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 6 pm.

Meet sign up is open until Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 5 pm by accessing the following link: https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/562232/swim_meet_entries No entries will be accepted after sign up closes.  During sign up, you commit your swimmer(s) for what events they will participate in.  You will also sign up for volunteer positions.  Details about volunteer positions are located at https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/resources

Cary City meet – July 13, 2024

The 41st Cary City Invitational Swim Meet will be held Saturday, July 13th at Scottish Hills Recreational Club (1423 Tarbert Dr, Cary, NC 27511).  All 50 southern league Tarheel Swimming Association (TSA) teams are invited to participate.  More information about the Cary City swim meet can be found at the following link: https://scottishhills.org/cary-city-meet-27/

Entry fees are $6.00 per individual event and $15.00 per relay event.  Regency Riptides swim team pays entry fees for all relay teams.  Each swimmer is responsible for paying for their individual entries.
