Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting)

• Ages 7/8                5:45-6:30 PM
• Ages 9/10              6:30-7:30 PM
• Ages 11 & Up        7:30-8:30 PM

Friday

• Ages 6 & Under     9:00-9:30 AM
• Ages 7/8                  9:30-10:00 AM
• Ages 9 & Up           10:00-11:00 AM

Saturday

• Ages 9 & Up            9:00-10:00 AM
• Ages 7/8                  10:00-10:30 AM
• Ages 6 & Under      10:30-11:00 AM

Regency Riptides team t-shirts for the swimmers are scheduled to be available this week.  I will coordinate handing the shirts out when they are available.

Clubworx meet – June 11, 2024

The first official meet of the season is an away meet against Clubworx (100 S. Fitness Drive Fuquay Varina, NC 27526) on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.  Check in is 5:15 pm, warm ups begin at 5:30 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm.  More details about this meet will be in a separate communication.

Highcroft meet – June 18, 2024

The first home meet of the season is against Highcroft on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 6 pm at the Cambridge pool.
