Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday this week at the Cambridge pool (weather permitting).

• Ages 6 & Under     5:00-5:45 PM
• Ages 7/8                  5:45-6:30 PM
• Ages 9/10                6:30-7:30 PM
• Ages 11 & Up         7:30-8:30 PM

Saturday

• Ages 9 & Up           9:00-10:00 AM
• Ages 7/8                 10:00-10:30 AM
• Ages 6 & Under    10:30-11:00 AM

Team T-shirts

Regency Riptides team t-shirts for the swimmers are scheduled to be available June 10, 2024.  I will coordinate handing the shirts out when they are available.

Time Trials – June 4, 2024

Time trials will be held at the Cambridge pool on June 4, 2024.  Check in is 4:45 pm, warm ups begin at 5:00 pm, team picture is at 5:30 pm, and meet start time is 6:00 pm.  More details about Time Trials will be in a separate communication.

Dad’s Pancake Breakfast – June 8, 2024

The Dad’s pancake breakfast will be from 10:00 to 11:30 am on Saturday, June 8, 2024 during the Saturday practice.Dad volunteers make pancakes for the swimmers to enjoy after they swim.

Clubworx swim meet – June 11, 2024

The first official meet of the season is an away meet against Clubworx (100 S. Fitness Drive Fuquay Varina, NC 27526) on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 6 pm.

Meet sign up is open until Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 5 pm by accessing the following link: https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/swim_meets.  No entries will be accepted after sign up closes.  During sign up, you commit your swimmer(s) for what events they will participate in.  You will also sign up for volunteer positions.Details about volunteer positions are located at https://regencyriptides.swimtopia.com/resources

2024 Registration Payments

If you have not already paid your 2024 registration fees, Zelle or check are accepted.  Please note swimmer name(s) in the memo section of the check or Zelle payment.
