Regency Kids Triathlon - Registration and Info

Hi Regency Riptide families,
As we just wrapped-up another awesome swim team season, a reminder to everyone that there is a great event right around the corner. The 8th annual Regency Kids Triathlon will be held on Sunday, September 11th. Registration is now OPEN! Participants must register before Sept. 1, in order to receive a race t-shirt. Net proceeds from this event go to our Regency Riptides!

Some changes for this year:
- The start time this year will be moved back to 9:15am. With consideration for our neighbors close to the Danbury pool, and in keeping with the Town of Cary noise ordinance (9am is earliest for outdoor music), the race check-in will start at 8:45am. Music will start at 9am, with a target for starting the race around 9:15am.
- There will be more volunteers out on the course, directing traffic and ensuring safety of all race participants.
- There will be a new lap counting process.
- There will be extra race t-shirts for purchase. Race participants each receive 1, as part of their registration. However, now family and spectators may also purchase a race t-shirt.
Volunteers are NEEDED!!!!
- Mike O'Leary is looking for more volunteers out on the course, staffing water stations and directing traffic. Please consider helping out, and ask your friends, neighbors, parents, teenage children as well!
