The Regency Riptides will welcome Weldon Creek tomorrow night!

DETAILS: Our pool will close to our members at 4pm. You are welcome to arrive any time after 4:30. Please be on deck, numbered up and ready to swim by 5. Please remember to check in upon arrival (both swimmers and volunteers).

WARM-UPS:  Will begin promptly at 5:00!  Please be on time for warm-ups.

PARKING: Our pool parking lot is reserved for our guests - please do not park in our lot! Please park along Killingsworth Drive and Royal Glen Drive, but only on the sides opposite of fire hydrants.

SEATING: Our team is on the left hand side as you enter. Please bring extra seating and/or tents for shade. 

FOOD: We will have concessions including Chick-Filet-A Sandwiches and Pizza, water, sodas, Gatorade, candy, chips and frozen treats. 

MEET: We will have a meeting of swim meet officials at 5:40 at the deep end of the pool. The meet will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Everyone, especially the timers, clerk of course, stroke and turn and kid pushers, please have your phones charged and ready to use for the meet. ICE CREAM: Everyone is welcome to join us at My Berry after the swim meet concludes.

BANQUET:  I am attaching the Banquet Order Form.  Please return order forms to Shannon Szymborski (with applicable payments) no later than 7 pm on Thursday, July 17th. Forms can be returned at any meet or to 103 Lantern Green Court in mailbox.
