The Regency Riptides will welcome Woodcreek to our first in-person home swim meet!!!

MESSAGE FROM THE COACH:   If you have any last minute changes for your swimmer, please notify Olivia before 10am Tuesday morning.  She will be merging the meet with Woodcreek shortly after.  

DETAILS: Our pool will close to our members at 4pm. You are welcome to arrive any time after 4:30. Please be on deck, numbered up and ready to swim by 5:00. Please remember to check in upon arrival (both swimmers and volunteers).

PARKING: Our pool parking lot is reserved for our guests - please do not park in our lot! Please park along Killingsworth Drive and Royal Glen Drive, but only on the sides opposite of fire hydrants.

SEATING: Our team is on the left hand side as you enter. Please bring extra seating and/or tents for shade.   We will also welcome anyone who would like to have more space to sit outside of fence on the grass, left side of the door if you are looking at the entrance.  The right side of the pool and the right side of the entrance on the grass will be reserved for Woodcreek to have extra room. 

FOOD: We will have concessions including water, sodas, gatorade, candy, chips and frozen treats. The Wicked Links Food Truck will be selling burgers, sausages and hot dogs.

MEET: We will have a meeting of swim meet officials at 5:45 at the deep end of the pool. The meet will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.  Everyone, especially the timers, clerk of course, stroke and turn and kid pushers, please have your phones charged and ready to use for the meet.   If you have having trouble using Swimmingly, come see me, Laura Haltom.  

PARENT RELAY:  Parents that are interested in swimming in the Parent and Coach's Relay, please bring your suit and please let Laura Haltom know.  :-)

ICE CREAM: Everyone is welcome to join us at My Berry after the swim meet concludes.
