Hi Riptides!

Tomorrow is our second official swim meet. It is a virtual meet and we will be the only team at Cambridge. We'd like for you to arrive, numbered up, between 4:30-4:45.

Notes/Reminders:

• Jenn Evenhouse is the meet director for this meet.
• Please contact Olivia Brewer for last minute cancellations.  [email protected].
• Please do not leave the meet without contacting coach Olivia—your swimmer may be in a relay and leaving early may prevent 3 other swimmers from participating in the relay.  
• This is a TSA event, no alcoholic beverages are permitted.
• No one is allowed in the pool until the coaches call you for warm-ups.
• Please ask your little swimmers to come find you once they get out of the pool after their race.
• If you are a starter, timer, or stroke and turn judge, please arrive to the pool with Swimmingly app on your phone, fully charged.
• If you are a parent, kid pusher or clerk of course, please have Swimmingly Fan app on your phone. Kid Pushers will use Swimmingly Fan to see the line-up and when kids are swimming . Pushers and parents will be able to see the line up, when your kids are swimming and times.

Time schedule:

• Swimmer Arrive: 4:30-4:45 (swimmer check in, volunteer check-in)
• Warm-ups: 5:00
• Meet Start: 6:00

Concessions: Wicked Links food truck!  If you haven’t experienced Wicked Links, you are in for a treat! Yum! Yum!

Candy: Ring Pops. Air Heads, Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish

Snacks: Fruit Roll Up, Nutrigrain Bar, Dole Fruit Cup, Pirate Booty, Cheez Its, Pretzels, Rice Krispie Treats, Chips, Pop Corners

Drinks: Gatorade, Water, Capri Sun, Soda

Frozen Treats: Frozen Fruit Bars, Klondike Bars (need to purchase)

Team T-shirts/Purchased T-shirts:

Shannon Szymborski will be on deck to give out team shirts and prepaid parent shirts between 4:30-5:30 tomorrow night.
