Tuesday night went great!  Little learning curve, but you are all on it!  Great job!   

Note to the younger kid's parents:  Please tell your kids that when they are all done with their race, they need to go see you.  We had some kiddos hanging around the clerk of course deck and caused some confusion and crowding. Thank you!

Did you receive an email from Charlie at Swimmingly?  You should have if you are signed up for Swimmingly.  The results are in!  The results are on Swimmingly Clubhouse (website) and on SwimminglyFan App.  

• If your child swam and does not have a time, please email me and let me know.  
• If you are having trouble with using the app, declaring, etc., please email me.   I am making a list and even if we spoke about it, Tuesday night is a blur.

If you have not yet registered your swimmers for Swimmingly® please make sure you do that now! You must register your swimmers to participate in the season. This will be your home for results, declarations, best times and MORE!

The steps below are required for ALL (new and returning) swimmers to swim in a meet this season. Please help us so we can get ready for the swim season!

Please follow these steps to enter each of your swimmers:

1. Sign-up for your Swimmingly Clubhouse account at clubhouse.swimmingly.app
2. Go to the Regency sign up page at https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/clubs/register/2...
-Once logged in, enter your swimmer sign-up code (copy and paste):26846862-3afc-11eb-83f7-c2b3e1fb23ce
3. Choose the swim season you want to sign your children up for!
4. Select your children. If you have any children that are new to the team or that you don't see listed, you can click the 'Add Swimmer' button to add them. Click Submit.
5. Once you see all your swimmers listed, click the radio box to select your swimmers and click 'Sign-Up!'

6.That's it! your children are ready for a fun swim season 🏊♂️😄🏊♀️

MEET DECLARATION:

In the next hour, you will receive another email from Charlie at Swimmingly asking for you to declare your swimmer for this Tuesday's meet.   Please declare your swimmer by Saturday at 9:00pm.  Our COACHES are NOW in charge in making sure your swimmer is declared YES OR NO.  They will give reminders at practice.  Not declaring your child makes more work for our coaches to try and reach out before the meet is built.    You all did awesome in numbering your child/ren before Tuesday's meet.  Please also be equally awesome in declaring your swimmer by Saturday.  

Saturday practice times have changed due to number of kids attending:

Cambridge Pool

9:00-10:00am:  9 and up

10:00-10:30am: 7 and 8

10:30-11:00am: 6 and under
